  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Jewels

  Securely place your items in their original pouches and box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
